Watches Etc Warranty
Watches Etc offers a One Year (12 months) service warranty on all complete movement service repairs. Certain high grade watches come with a 24 month service warranty. Please inquire for details.

If you would like to send us your watch by mail, please be sure to include this watch repair form. We will examine your watch repair and provide an estimate.
How to Send Us Your Watch
Please package your watch securely in bubble wrap and a corrugated container and mail to the address below. Please be sure to include your contact information inside the box so that we can reach you. We recommend using an insured and track-able shipping method, addressed as noted, below.

Please note: If you send us your watches in their original manufacturer’s boxes, they will not be returned in those boxes. Due to space limitations we discard all packaging materials upon receiving your watch.
