Watches Etc is an authorized dealer of all products advertised and sold on watches-etc.com. All watches in our store come directly from the manufacturer. All watches and accessories are brand new, with all boxes and full warranties in tact.

Warranty Information
All watches sold and advertised on our web site come with specific warranties provided directly by its manufacturer. Each brand warranty is clearly stated on the brand-info pages on our website. Your watch also arrives with a manufacture’s warranty card and booklet explaining their company warranty policy. Select brands sold and advertised on our web site are also given one additional year warranty at no extra cost from Watches Etc. Inc. This additional warranty is provided on top of the manufacturer’s warranty and takes affect immediately after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires. This additional warranty is provided only on select brands.
Shipping Rates
AT THIS TIME, WE SHIP ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES.
Watches Etc offers FREE UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the United States. We also offer expedited service through UPS, such as NEXT DAY AIR and 2nd DAY AIR Shipping for additional fees. When calling to place an order we will provide a price based on you shipping zip code.
Returns Policy
Any watch purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The package must be postmarked within 7 business days. We will provide a full refund, (minus any applicable shipping charges) if the watch is returned in original, un-worn condition with all boxes/papers/warranties and stickers/emblems. If for any reason we receive the watch back in unacceptable condition it will be sent back to the purchaser.
A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted on any returned merchandise in incomplete condition without or damaged boxes/papers/warranties and stickers/emblems.Please send your returns with insurance and tracking information to:
